Meet the builder
Adam Schabel, founder of ACS Guitars.
Born and raised in the Phoenix, Arizona area, music has always been at the heart of my life and passion. My love for guitars began with a story my father shared about a Dobro he purchased while serving in Vietnam. He told me that once I could play an Eric Clapton song, I’d earn a guitar of my own. That challenge led to my first Stratocaster and I haven’t stopped playing since.
After undergoing three major back surgeries, I found healing and purpose in the art of guitar building. Craftsmanship became a therapeutic outlet, and today, every guitar I create is built by hand from a solid block of wood, sourced from premium exotic suppliers. No CNC machines just traditional, hands-on artistry.
